A bit about your role

The Business Operations & Reporting Manager – Network Engineering plays a pivotal role in enabling strategic alignment and operational excellence across the Network Engineering leadership team. Reporting to the Executive Manager – Portfolio Governance, Improve & Transform and working closely with the EGM of Network Engineering, this role is responsible for producing clear, data-driven executive reports and narratives that translate complex technical input into actionable insights.

The role supports leadership routines through meeting coordination, action tracking, and operational follow-through, fostering collaboration and accountability across the function. With strong stakeholder engagement across senior leaders, technical SMEs, and data analysts, the manager ensures consistent messaging, drives continuous improvement in reporting standards, and contributes to governance and transformation initiatives in a dynamic, technology-led environment.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
