Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving customer focused outcomes? We’re on the look out for a Business Manager, Customer Strategy to join our Wealth team, partnering directly with the EGM - Customer APAC to deliver on key initiatives that enhance client advocacy, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across the business.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high impact, fast paced role where your influence will be felt across the entire customer function. If you love shaping strategy, enabling executive effectiveness, and being at the centre of cross functional execution, this role is for you.

Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in

  • Acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the EGM, shaping priorities, supporting executive decision-making, and advancing customer-centric initiatives.

  • Owning the operating rhythm of the Customer function, from leadership meetings to quarterly reviews and board-level reporting.

  • Coordinating delivery of strategic initiatives that improve client outcomes, advocacy, and alignment across APAC.

  • Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure strategic focus reflects evolving client needs and market dynamics.

  • Leading preparation of compelling executive communications, customer-facing materials, and cross-functional engagement forums.

  • Driving customer insight adoption through frameworks like NPS, client playbooks, and advocacy programs.

  • Representing the EGM in key internal and external forums, ensuring alignment and continuity of messaging.

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in business management, consulting or customer strategy from any related industry or field. 

  • A hugely customer centric mindset, with the ability to turn strategy into measurable improvements in client outcomes.

  • Exceptional organisational and program management skills, with comfort managing multiple priorities at pace.

  • Confidence in preparing and presenting executive level communications and materials.
