DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Manage projects from inception to completion, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Handle projects such as cross-line-of-business (LOB) transfers, coordinating Client Data Management (CDM) transfers, banker assignments, and exit processes. Develop, implement, and execute key reporting mechanisms for all levels within MMBSI, senior management in CB, and senior partners across the firm. Automate reports and dashboards using Alteryx, SQL, advanced Excel, and Tableau to provide actionable insights. Utilize PitchBook for in-depth market research, financial analysis, and investment tracking. Develop and maintain various business cases and forward looking performance models. Identify connections between specialized Industries business opportunities / challenges and underlying data such as, sales metrics, banker activities, campaigns, and initiatives. Collaborate with key partners on P&L forecasting, headcount management, and ad hoc analysis. Develop financial forecasts and business models. Execute strategic pricing, budget analysis, and long-term growth planning. Leverage knowledge of the venture capital ecosystem and innovation economy to identify potential clients and prospects. Utilize data-based analytics to drive business development. Provide tactical and strategic data analysis to drive the Specialized Industries Business. Analyze trends and patterns to inform strategic initiatives. Conduct Total Addressable Market (TAM) analysis to estimate projected market share, determine the number of bankers required, and identify growth opportunities. Manage end-to-end post- merger integration processes, including data management, resource allocation, and integration of organizational structures, financial products, and client portfolios. Design and deliver impactful presentations, wireframes, mock-ups, and dashboards for management and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate data-driven reports and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Identify areas for process improvement and enhance operational efficiencies, streamline workflows and implement best practices across MMBSI. Use Company IQ to manage banker coverage, ensuring effective client relationship management and business development. Conduct persona analysis to evaluate profit per potential customer and identify key drivers of profitability. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects and business operations. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential impacts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as Business Management, Business Analytics, Business Development, or related occupation.
