About the role

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive business success? We are looking for a Business Insights Manager to lead a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy and business planning.

As our Business Insights Manager, you’ll transform complex data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making and help us achieve sustainable growth. From forecasting and performance analysis to customer insights and market trend evaluation, you’ll be at the heart of driving commercial effectiveness and resource optimization. You’ll work closely with brand and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful insights that improve operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.

Your role will be varied and will include:

  • Lead the monthly forecasting process including sales, demand planning, and market analysis, ensuring forecast accuracy and actionable insights and manage the monthly performance reporting meeting
  • Conduct forecasting and analysis for designated business areas and partner with Finance, Marketing and Sales to align forecasts with business objectivesDevelop tools and frameworks to measure campaign performance and channel effectiveness, empowering Marketing and Sales teams with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to embed insights into decision-making and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

About you

We’re looking for someone with a sharp analytical mind, a passion for teamwork, and a consultative approach to advancing the business.

You’ll need:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A Masters degree in a relevant area will be highly regarded.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, forecasting, or business insights roles in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Initial leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel modelling skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with pharma-specific forecasting models and knowledge of regulatory frameworks and market access dynamics is a plus
