The Opportunity:
Flywire’s Travel business is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales Team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional ready to build their career while contributing to both pipeline generation and deal closures. The BDR will spend 100% of their time on Business Development Representative (BDR) responsibilities, driving lead generation and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Leverage prospecting channels such as cold calling, email, and social media to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities for the team.
- Partner with the marketing team to enhance campaigns and drive lead conversions.
- Research and identify new potential travel operator, DMC, and accommodation clients.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with Senior Account Executives and Managers to support pipeline growth and sales strategy.
- Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product, and implementation, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Here's What We're Looking For:
- Education & Experience
- BA/BS degree (required).
- 1-2 years of sales experience; experience in payments or the travel industry is highly advantageous.
- Skills & Attributes
- Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with a strong desire to grow within a sales organization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other pipeline management tools (preferred but not required).
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $45,000-55,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
