What You’ll Bring
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities, focusing on new logo acquisition.
- Conduct cold outreach, networking, and lead qualification.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients to create interest in our solutions.
- Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads for deal closure.
- Achieve targets for new leads, meetings booked, and pipeline growth.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in Business Development or Sales roles within Consulting, Professional Services, or IT Services, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
- Proven track record of winning new business in complex B2B environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure, price, and negotiate consulting engagements.
- Excellent communication skills for crafting proposals and delivering executive-level presentations.
- Skilled in negotiation, contract structuring, and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
- Proficient in CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
