Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for implementation, retention, and training of all Inventory related products. These products are defined as AutoGate, LiveMarket, Acquire, Inventory Distribution, Two Way Lead Distribution, Web Services, and any other future product rolled into the SaaS Team.

This role you will be required to draw meaningful insights from analysis and make recommendations based upon your knowledge of the company, industry, and sales objectives.

The strategy applied should result from you having a clear understanding of internal/external objectives, and you are thereby able to execute on the strategy that supports our customers, our field team, and delivers focus on the designated products for the business. This should underpin revenue growth, client retention, ROI, product penetration and collaboration with all key stakeholders.

What you'll do:

The ability to discover target areas that help drive the operational and revenue strategies are key facets of the role.

  • Deliver a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth objectives, drive profit and champion customer experience.
  • Identify new and existing business opportunities to increase the growth of the Business Unit, promoting strong client acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Identify further opportunities using data driven market analysis, and feedback from our customers.
  • Use a multi-channel sales framework across the business operations with a focus on a high-performance culture.
  • Maintain an up to date understanding of competitor knowledge, contemporary practices and market opportunities.
  • Be an integral part of the Dealer Team and collaborate with other teams to achieve the business unit financial goals.

Qualifications

KEY QUALITIES

  • A confident communicator who can build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Extensive experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Business development or B2B Customer Service.
  • Proven experience managing and achieving KPIs for the business.
  • Strong and effective communicator with good presentation skills, who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an innovative and strategic mindset
  • Experience or interest in digital advertising campaign
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
