We’re excited by the fact our team is continuing to expand. And, as we continue to grow, we’re on the hunt for two Business Development Managers to join our Melbourne team. As the Business Development Manager, your role will foster new business opportunities and expand our customer base. You will collaborate closely with our sales, technical, and delivery teams to devise and implement effective sales strategies.

The role will attract a generous base salary package including a car allowance as well as uncapped commissions.

Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Preferred experience in health/wealth management industry or other deep industry vertical experience.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Please note that all team members must have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia.
