 About the Role

The Business Development Manager – Eaton is responsible for driving growth across Eaton’s power management and electrical solutions portfolio. This role works closely with Eaton, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to build strong customer relationships and deliver commercial success.

You will leverage strong sales execution, market insight, and partner engagement to grow demand, expand market share, and maximise revenue across key segments.

Role Requirements
  • 3–6 years’ experience in business development, sales, or channel management within the electrical, industrial, or technology sector
  • Strong understanding of power management, electrical infrastructure, or critical power solutions (e.g., UPS systems, power distribution, surge protection)
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through channel, distribution, or project-based sales environments
  • Experience managing key accounts and developing joint business plans
  • Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, and demand planning
  • Ability to analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitive positioning
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment
Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Eaton’s portfolio across commercial, industrial, and channel segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, resellers, and end customers
  • Collaborate with Eaton and internal teams on product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance to ensure delivery against revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including projects, verticals, and emerging market segments
  • Use data and insights to optimise sales performance, inventory planning, and partner engagement
  • Support partner enablement through training, certifications, and joint marketing initiatives
