Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business in Taiwan. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales and business development, who is passionate about technology and ready to make a significant impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Taiwan.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, focusing on understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive intelligence, and new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance our offerings and meet customer requirements.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote Bjak's products and services and build valuable business connections.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within the Information Technology and Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Taiwanese market, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
