As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our growth and expanding our market presence. You’ll hunt down new opportunities, forge powerful relationships, and take charge of the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. With your finger on the pulse of industry trends, you’ll lead the charge in identifying fresh opportunities to give us the edge in an ever-evolving market.

Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech/government industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
