We're looking for an experienced Business Manager – Residential to drive growth across New South Wales and Queensland, strengthening existing reseller relationships while identifying new business opportunities within the premium residential market.


About the Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Commercial, you'll be responsible for managing and growing an established reseller network across NSW and QLD. You will maintain and develop existing key relationships within the Vertilux Residential reseller and Interior design. Develop new business opportunities within the medium to high end Residential resellers market to grow Vertilux market share.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow an established network of residential resellers across NSW and QLD.
  • Develop new business opportunities within the premium residential market.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, interior designers and key industry stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share and achieve sales growth.
  • Promote Vertilux products through customer visits, presentations, trade shows and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, project pipelines and reporting within the CRM.
  • Utilise business intelligence tools and sales analytics to identify opportunities and monitor performance.
  • Provide market feedback to support product development and continuous improvement.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets, KPIs and incentive objectives.
  • Ability to travel interstate as needed.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with exceptional relationship-building skills.

You'll ideally have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Business Development or Account Management role.
  • Experience managing reseller or dealer networks.
  • Background within the window furnishings, building, architectural or related industries.
  • Strong ability to develop new business while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.

Experience within the doors, glass or broader building products industry will be highly regarded.
