We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Aesthetic Business Unit, based in Melbourne, VIC. You’ll be responsible for growing ALASTIN, our premium medical skincare portfolio, by developing new business and building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and aesthetic practices.

This is a hands-on, field-based sales role where you’ll own your territory, identify new opportunities and help customers grow through product education, commercial support and strong account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow ALASTIN sales and market share across your territory through new business and account development.

  • Prospect, acquire and develop relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals and aesthetic practices.

  • Build and execute territory plans that identify opportunities, priorities and clear growth actions.

  • Deliver product education, practice in-services and training to support confident product recommendation and use.

  • Communicate clinical data and product benefits in a clear, credible and commercially relevant way.

  • Execute sales and marketing initiatives, using digital tools to strengthen customer engagement and account penetration.

  • Manage territory activity, budgets and reporting while working closely with the wider Galderma team.

Ideally you will have

  • 3+ years’ sales experience within aesthetics, medical skincare or a closely related market.

  • A strong track record in new business development, direct selling and growing customer accounts.

  • Experience building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals or clinic-based customers.

  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to spot opportunities and turn them into action.

  • Confidence discussing clinical or technical information and simplifying it for different audiences.

  • A self-driven, organised approach with the ability to manage a busy territory and competing priorities.

  • A collaborative, positive style and the confidence to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
