About the Job

We are seeking a Business Development Manager, Aesthetics to join our ANZ team based on the stunning Sunshine Coast. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, QLD, this role partners closely with leading healthcare practitioners to drive sustainable growth and ensure Galderma’s aesthetics portfolio remains market leading.

You will be responsible for delivering strong commercial outcomes while building long-term, value-based relationships across the cosmetic medicine and medical aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve national, state and territory-based sales targets across the full Aesthetics portfolio.

  • Plan and execute daily sales activity within a defined customer base, meeting or exceeding call frequency targets.

  • Develop and grow existing accounts by identifying and executing growth opportunities through strategic business planning and customer business reviews.

  • Build strong professional relationships with healthcare practitioners, clinic staff, key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders.

  • Accurately record all customer interactions, training stock and activity in CRM systems in line with SOPs and compliance requirements.

Ideally you will have
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally within pharmaceuticals, medical devices or medical aesthetics.

  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

  • Strong business planning, negotiation and influencing capabilities, with the ability to deliver commercially sound solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and presenting value-based selling propositions.

  • Strong computer literacy, including CRM systems, Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Business or Science degree is highly regarded.
