About the role:

InfoCentric is looking to grow their sales team, providing support and training for either Technical Analysts, Engineers or Technical Recruiters who are looking to step into an Account Manager or Business Development role.

Working alongside our an experience Sales team, you'll be learning the in's and out's of Sales in a Services environment, develop your understanding of Data Platforms, and taught the Sales Cycle to deliver industry leading solutions for our clients.

Leveraging either your existing technical knowledge of Data Platforms (if coming from a technical background) or your sales and resourcing knowledge (if coming from a Technical Recruiter background), you'll be involved in strategic Business Development (we don't do mass emails), building client relationships, delivering presentations, writing up proposals and statements of work and managing project teams through delivery.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Technical Data Role or as a Technical Recruiter
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with stakeholder management with technical and non-technical people
  • Proactivity and be able to manage changing priorities
  • Strong collaboration and team engagement skills

You’ll be at an advantage if you also have:

  • Understanding of Data concepts and Data Platforms (Data Warehousing, ETL, Data Modelling, Analytics)
  • Understanding of Data Tools and Technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Azure, AWS)
  • Experience in positioning ideas with stakeholders
  • Hands on experience writing formal documents and proposals (RFPs, RFIs and RFQs)
