Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker
As a Business Development Executive at Chargeflow, you'll be responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship building. You'll target with enterprise-level prospecting, bringing in the largest deals for the company. This role requires creativity, persistence, and excellent communication.
Your Arena:
- Generate high-quality sales opportunities targeting enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans through research, outreach, and building a strong professional network
- Implement multi-channel outreach strategies, testing different outbound methodologies
- Track results, optimize approaches, and innovate new prospecting techniques
- Build relationships with key representatives at target companies through various channels
- Represent Chargeflow at industry events and host networking functions across the US
- Collaborate with our marketing team on demand generation initiatives
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads for successful closing
Requirements
What It Takes:
- Minimum of 2 years in customer-facing roles within B2B tech companies - a must
- Willingness to travel for events and client meetings - a must
- Experience in prospecting and cold outreach with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals
- Self-motivation and KPI driven attitude
- Team-centric mindset and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with CRM systems and sales intelligence tools
- Ability to sell multiple products and articulate their value to different personas
