- Contributing to the product roadmap, ensuring captured requirements align with business strategy and are effectively prioritised, with an opportunity to grow into a leadership role in this area.
- Supporting the agile delivery process by clarifying requirements, answering questions from the technical delivery team, encouraging communication and user involvement, and facilitating direct collaboration of tech & users throughout the build phase.
- Analysing and validating that the solutions developed meet the original business objectives and user requirements.
- Managing stakeholder expectations by ensuring clear and consistent communication between all parties.
You will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the commercial team to define and articulate their technology requirements.
- Creating and maintaining a clear and organised backlog of user & functional requirements, primarily through user stories in JIRA.
- Ensuring that business context and the "why" behind a requirement are clearly communicated across the commercial and technical delivery teams.
- Working closely with the commercial team to understand requirements originating from external customers.
- Facilitating workshops and interviews to elicit detailed requirements from users.
- Ensuring alignment between the commercial stakeholders and the technical delivery team on the scope and definition of a given feature or project.
- Promoting transparent communication across teams, ensuring that expectations, dependencies, and priorities are well understood.
- Providing updates to ensure transparency and alignment of requirements and outcomes within projects.
