Job DescriptionAbout the role
In the Sales & Customer Success Operations team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize business initiatives while delivering detailed analysis, documenting requirements, and facilitating stakeholder alignment under the Senior Business Process Analyst. You'll support system implementations, identify process improvements, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery and optimal business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish initiative scope, objectives, and deliverables, and contribute to validating requirements and gathering feedback throughout the lifecycle.
- Work with stakeholders in the development and documentation of current (as is) and shaping of future state (to-be) business processes to support business initiatives.
- Be the conduit between Product/Technology teams & the business to ensure accurate translation of business requirements & validation of proposed solution.
- Work with stakeholders to analyse and prioritise requirements ensuring alignment with business value and objectives.
- Identify and assess risks associated with initiatives.
- Help in facilitating workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to enhance communication, alignment, and decision-making among stakeholders.
- Contribute to developing test cases, support in testing and verifying solutions to ensure they meet requirements and quality standards as needed.
- Participate in the change management processes to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems or processes, including development of enablement materials such as training slides, user guides & FAQ as well as communicate changes to the business & users.
- Help in delivering training to end users within the business.
- Provide post implementation hyper care & BAU support.
- Commercial experience in a Business Analyst role or equivalent.
- Sound technical knowledge of CRM systems and processes. Experience with Salesforce would be an advantage.
- Comfortable & able to operate effectively in an agile environment, with tight deadlines & manage competing priorities.
- Strong customer focus with ability to propose innovative solutions to solve both internal & external customer needs.
- Ability to translate complex business processes & simplify it for varying audiences.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and gather requirements effectively.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different teams and functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills for addressing and resolving issues in requirements and processes.
- Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies/processes.
- Commercial experience in conducting detailed business analysis and documenting complex requirements.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and abilities in managing initiative tasks and timelines.
- Understanding of change management processes and ability to support change initiatives.
