We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support digital health and information system implementation initiatives within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements, mapping business processes, identifying capability gaps, and working closely with clinical and technical stakeholders throughout system implementations. The role requires strong experience supporting implementations across multiple hospitals, including gathering configuration and technical requirements from clinical stakeholders, as well as hands-on experience configuring hospital Electronic Patient Record (EPR) applications and implementing Electronic Home Care Record (EHCR) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive business analysis experience, strong healthcare technology knowledge, excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. A valid CBAP certification and Prosci ADKAR certification are mandatory, while Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred. The resource must be available full-time from October 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, with a potential extension through June 30, 2027, and must perform the work remotely from within Canada.

Requirements
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting information system implementation projects
- Business process mapping, requirements documentation, and capability gap analysis
- Requirements elicitation and stakeholder management
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in a healthcare environment
- 3+ years of experience implementing projects across multiple hospitals
- Experience gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders
- 3+ years of direct hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) application configuration experience
- 3+ years of experience with EHCR (Electronic Home Care Record) implementation
- Healthcare information systems implementation and process improvement
- Strong experience working with clinical and technical stakeholders
- Valid IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification
- Valid Prosci ADKAR Organizational Change Management certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
- Strong documentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
