About the role:
We are currently looking for a seasoned leader to lead our Bunnings Marketplace team! This is a brilliant opportunity to join us in a key leadership role and to lead growing team and be part of the excitement as we grow Bunnings marketplace in the future!
What's involved:
- Lead, coach and develop our Marketplace team
- Work with the Marketplace Merchandise Manager to build out the Bunnings Marketplace customer value proposition, digital product roadmap and overall customer offer (product range)
- Work closely with the core range teams to build and develop ranging strategies to complement the core range offer
- Have full responsibility for the Marketplace profit and loss, budgets, forecasts and any CAPEX requirements
- Lead and implement key projects
You’ll need:
- Degree qualified with solid experience leading a team in an ecommerce/marketplace role
- You are well versed on the competitor landscape and customer market segments
- You have the proven ability to work with large data sets and are able to create insights to drive performance and prioritisation
- You are passionate about ecommerce and have an in depth working knowledge of online marketplaces, supporting systems and processes
- You are highly organised, have exceptional communication and presentation skills and have the ability inspire your team for the journey ahead
