Purpose of the Role  

We want a detail-loving, super-organized pro who nails execution, connects with people effortlessly, and knows their way around brand or event marketing! Bonus points if you’re into motorsport!

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive event and sponsorship management for our major sponsorships, including Repco Supercars Championship partnerships and Supercars teams. 

  • Bring to life our event activations– working with our event partners to make memorable experiences for fans, customers and our team. 

  • Be a key part of building and delivering our major brand campaigns for Repco and NAPA. 

  • Ensure our brand is managed consistently, find new ways to bring our brands to life. 

  • Collaborate with our wider marketing and business teams to build marketing that connects. 

  • Support reporting and analysis of our brand and sponsorship investments. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Great values – someone who connects with others and loves a challenge 

  • Experience (2-3 years) in sponsorship or brand marketing. 

  • Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, complex environment and achieving great results. 

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills. 

  • Excited to build it better – bringing ideas and energy. 

  • Understanding of data-led marketing – assessing trends and results to improve. 

  • Passion for motorsport.
