We have an exciting opportunity to join our Consumer Goods team in Springvale, where you’ll help shape the future of one of our most trusted brands – TENA.

About the Role:

As the Brand Manager – TENA, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving brand performance across digital, trade, and sampling channels. You’ll lead selected innovation projects, support strategic planning, and bring consumer insights to life through impactful marketing execution. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where your creativity, commercial acumen, and collaboration skills will directly influence the success of the TENA brand in Australia and New Zealand.

What You Will Do:
  • Support annual brand audits and contribute to brand and category planning

  • Lead assigned NPD projects from concept through to launch

  • Manage Always-On digital marketing across ANZ

  • Develop trade marketing materials and execute retailer-specific activations

  • Plan and deliver sampling strategies across multiple channels

  • Track and report on Always On campaign performance and consumer engagement

  • Conduct and support consumer research to inform brand decisions

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align execution

  • Assist in financial tracking, purchase order management, and commercial reporting

  • Contribute to retailer presentations and support commercial performance targets

Who You Are:

You’re a passionate marketer with a strong foundation in FMCG brand management and a drive to make a difference. You bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a Brand Manager role within the FMCG industry

  • Strong knowledge of the 6Ps of marketing and media channel strategies

  • Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills

  • Strategic thinking and a hands-on, collaborative approach

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Aztec, IRI, or SAP is a plus

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, manufacturing-oriented environment
