About the Role

Join GSK as a Brand Manager (BM) and be at the forefront of marketing our Haematology portfolio, driving long-term business growth. We're looking for a dynamic individual to create and execute a comprehensive, innovative, and multichannel marketing strategy to differentiate our brand and engage customers and key internal stakeholders.

Your role will be varied and will include:

  • Supporting budgeted sales and managing A&P spend within budget.
  • Developing and implementing an innovative marketing plan aligned with brand strategy.
  • Creating valuable digital content for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) using multiple insights.
  • Effectively communicating marketing programs to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the Medical team on Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement and educational initiatives.

About you

To be successful in the role, you will need a strong background in omni-channel marketing and digital campaigns, combined with pharmaceutical industry knowledge and a customer-focused approach. You will be adept at achieving targets, building relationships, and executing strategies to perfection. Ideally you will have experience within Haematology or Oncology.

You'll also:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Business or Science (preferred).
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Be knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical industry, including competitors and market trends.
