ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative individual to join our Cotton On Womenswear team as a Brand Communications Manager. You will enable our vision by supporting the delivery of our brand marketing activity across multiple channels including digital, social, PR and influencer. You will partner with the Global Customer team to support our Global activation plans by providing local insights and knowledge and report on all activity to ensure market relevancy. You will drive the implementation of brand communications activity, ensuring global approach and campaign messaging is consistent and engaging. We will look to you to execute local activity and campaigns by partnering with agencies to ensure the brand is represented in the market in a fun and exciting way. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


  • Degree or qualification in PR, Marketing, Communications, Social, Digital or a related field
  • Proven experience in Brand Communications across PR, influencer, experiential, partnerships and social channels
  • Demonstrated experience delivering experiential activity and events including launches, pop-ups, retail activations and brand experiences
  • Experience developing and negotiating brand partnerships, managing talent and influencers, and leading external agencies and vendors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into creative, commercially effective solutions
  • Excellent organisation, planning and end-to-end project management capability across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and key partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and campaign reporting tools
