We are on the hunt for an experienced Boilermaker to join our team in Mackay. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role working in our Undercarriage Rebuild Centre at our Hastings Park Campus.
As a Boilermaker, you will:
Carry out maintenance and repairs on Caterpillar equipment, as well as various other welding, fabrication and repairs.
Research and consult the correct and latest service information systems for specific procedures, instructions and specifications
Research and use the correct and latest available information when dismantling and assembling components
Ensure fabrication and repairs are carried out using the appropriate control guidelines to ensure that rework jobs do not occur.
Ensure contamination control guidelines and procedures are to be always understood and adhered to
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within required target times

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
Trade qualified Boilermaker with at least 3+ years demonstrated experience
Traditional CAT Heavy Mining equipment experience (list demonstrated equipment experience on your resume)
Maintain a high level of workplace health and safety at all times
Capable of working both in a team and autonomously, in varied environments
Exceptional communication skills
A desire to learn and continually improve, as well as the ability to think outside the box.
