Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate partners who share our vision
- Negotiate brand partnerships to achieve business goals
- Build and execute partnership strategies and activation plans
- Work with cross-functional teams (brand, comms, insights, design, content, data, product, social media, legal) to plan annual strategy (goals, budget, channels, product-market fit)
- Use data to set goals and measure campaign performance (short-term and long-term)
- Manage global budgets and improve ROI
- Share market insights and industry knowledge
- Support regional and local teams to improve marketing execution
- Lead complex projects from start to finish
- Be proactive, resourceful, and action-driven
Requirements:
- Experience in brand, marketing, and campaign/event execution
- Strong project management, strategy, relationship-building, and storytelling skills
- Experience working with global partners, internal teams, and agencies
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and partnership value
- Creative and data-driven mindset
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
- Experience or strong understanding of crypto/Web3 (NFTs, fan tokens) is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High curiosity and willingness to learn
