THE TEAM

The Sales & Business Development team are key to maintaining strong and connected client relationships and plays a critical role in the retention & growth of the Ticketmaster business.

THE JOB

As a Bid Coordinator, you will assist the Bids and Sales Operations Manager in preparing and presenting tender documents for new and existing clients. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams to ensure that our proposals are thorough, professional, and meet the high standards expected in securing contracts for Ticketmaster’s ticketing services.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Assist the Bids and Sales Operations Manager in managing and preparing tender documents for both new and existing clients.

  • Support in the writing, editing, and formatting of proposals to ensure consistency and high quality.

  • Help coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information required for tender submissions.

  • Assist in developing and tailoring sales presentations and marketing materials that clearly communicate the value of Ticketmaster’s services.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all proposals and presentations align with brand guidelines.

  • Support in researching and identifying potential business opportunities.

  • Aid in tracking proposal progress and deadlines and ensuring timely submission of tenders.

  • Assist in maintaining an organized register of tenders and proposals, ensuring accurate information is stored within Salesforce.

  • Provide general support in tender strategy meetings and discussions.

  • Help coordinate responses to requests for further information or clarifications related to tenders.

  • Monitor and report on the competitive landscape by providing insights from the preparation process.

  • Support the Commercial team by preparing regular reports on business performance and OKRs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or any other CRM tools is a plus.

  • A basic understanding of the tender process and business development practices is advantageous.

  • Creative writing skills and an interest in creating high-quality, professional documents.

  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to travel to office
