In this newly created position, you will play a key part in supporting the firm’s growth. This is a great opportunity for an individual to make an immediate impact on firm-wide efficiencies, while growing their bid management skills within a supportive team of proposals, business development and sales specialists.
You will work directly with people from all levels of the firm including Partners, and all service and industry teams. Your responsibilities
- Working closely with Partners to prepare and project manage proposals, tenders, and presentations.
- Providing strategic input into tender responses, including the development of pricing strategies and value propositions.
- Running robust go/no-go discussions prior to client pursuits.
- Facilitating tender debriefs with bid teams and, when appropriate, clients.
- Contributing to the enhancement of bid management processes, templates, content and credentials through Salesforce and a new brand management platform.
About you
- End-to-end pitch experience desired, however experience in BD, communications and/or marketing will be considered. As a team, we believe in applying transferrable skills for long-term career development.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience, preferably within professional services or a B2B environment.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong writer with the ability to translate technical services and solutions into plain language.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
If you’re interested in this role but don’t feel that you match every single one of our requirements, we would still love to hear from you and explore the unique skillset and attributes that you can bring to the team.
