About The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Knowledge Coordinator to join our team on a Fixed term contract ending in November 2026. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
As the Bid Knowledge Coordinator, you'll play a key role in setting Lendlease up for the future of tendering by compiling and curating a bid library of best practice content from which to draw compelling bid responses. Being part of a highly collaborative and supportive team, you’ll also play a key role in helping the Bid Strategy & Production Team deliver high-quality, client-focused submissions from both a content and presentation perspective when required. Your core responsibilities will include:
Curating and maintaining a structured repository of project information and company content to support bid writing activities.
Identifying, tagging and categorising content including case studies, methodology responses, team bios and capability statements.
Collaborating with bid writers and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, current and aligned with client expectations.
Maintaining and updating the project case study library, extracting key project outcomes and lessons learned.
Support of formatting, proofreading and document production using MS Office and PDF editing tools.
Helping to coordinate inputs from multiple contributors and maintain version control throughout the bid lifecycle.
About you:
You will be a proactive individual with a close eye for detail. You will be a confident communicator with a passion for stakeholder engagement.
Experienced in construction, property development or professional services environments, with familiarity in tendering processes and bid documentation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to collective success.
Technically proficient in MS Office and PDF editing tools (experience with InDesign and content management systems is desirable).
