Introduction: The Business Analytics Director is a cornerstone role, driving the organization's analytics strategy and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. By leveraging advanced analytics, reporting, and visualization, this position ensures the seamless integration of data analytics into business strategies. Reporting to senior leadership, you will influence critical decisions and champion innovation in analytics. to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Analytics Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking analytics strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Define the roadmap for analytics initiatives, prioritizing projects with the highest business impact.

 

Data Insights and Advanced Analytics:

  • Lead the design and delivery of predictive models, scenario analyses, and trend forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Drive innovation in analytics techniques and tools to optimize business outcomes.

 

Data Governance and Integrity:

  • Oversee the governance framework to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Implement best practices for secure and ethical data use across the organization.

 

Insights Communication and Reporting:

  • Translate complex data analyses into actionable insights, presenting them effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Standardize reporting methods to enhance clarity, consistency, and impact.

Compensation and Employment Details:

  • Salary: $75 per hour initially, to be reviewed after 13 weeks
  • It is essential candidates are able to start in December
  • Initially the role is for a 13 week period with the possibility to extend
