BGS-G Office Administrator
BGS-GS (Boeing Global Services-Government) Japan is seeking an Office Administrator at Boeing Japan Tokyo office. This Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting the department head and the entire team within BGS-GS (Boeing Global Services-Government service).
Position Responsibilities:
The main duties involve assisting the department head and the entire team within Boeing Global Services.
  • Document creation (PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft tools)
  • Data entry and business card ordering (using our company system)
  • Schedule management and meeting minutes draft
  • Coordination and communication with each person in charge
  • Handling phone calls, emails, visitors, and office supplies management, etc.
  • Participation in internal meetings (remote participation possible depending on the time) *Basically meetings are within a team
  • Support for business travelers (arranging and booking meeting rooms, hotels, dinners, expense reimbursement) and
  • Event support

The selected candidate is required to work onsite at BJKK Nagoya Office.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Business level of English (reading , writing ,speaking and listening are required)
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel(Pivot/V-lookup), and teams)

Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Shift:
This position is not shift worker.
