We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Developer - .NET to join our Bunnings Technology team.

What’s involved
- Contribute to a maintainable, high-quality and performant codebase.
- Optimise backend services for scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering team members and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Contribute to technical discussions and share knowledge to lift team capability.
- Contribute to technical solution designs and product ideas.
- Apply modern engineering practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
About You
You’ll additionally need:
- Proven experience in software development with strong backend expertise ideally 3+ years.
- .NET expertise is essential – deep experience with C# and .NET Core.
- Strong foundation in object-oriented design and building RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with agile practices, Test Driven Development and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Vagrant).
- Experience with virtualization and infrastructure-as-code principles.
