We are looking for a Back Office Officer (Onboarding) to join our team on a 1 year fixed term contract to support maternity cover, ensuring a seamless and compliant client onboarding experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify client identification documents in line with KYC and AML regulations.
  • Ensure all required forms are completed correctly and that client information is accurate and compliant with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and efficient account activation.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to identify and escalate any risks or inconsistencies found in client documentation.
  • Assist clients in completing onboarding requirements, providing guidance and support where needed.
  • Accurately input and update client information in the CRM and other internal systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Generate regular reports on onboarding progress, client issues, and compliance concerns for management review.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of client communications and onboarding activities, ensuring readiness for audits or regulatory reviews.

Requirements:

  • Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus
  • Business level proficiency in English (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-Solving skills.
