This role is ideal for a creative, organised and insight-driven marketer who thrives in purpose-led, fast-paced environments.

MMS is an ASX-listed financial services company that provides salary packaging, novated leasing, NDIS plan management and fleet management services. • Conduct market research and stakeholder insight gathering to inform campaign direction and messaging

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare, disability services or a purpose-led sector
  • A deep appreciation for the importance of trust and clarity in professional stakeholder communications
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to simplify complex information
  • Experience in lead generation, nurturing and sales enablement
  • Confidence using CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud experience a bonus)
  • A proactive, relationship-focused mindset and commitment to inclusive communication

What we can offer you:

  • Novated leasing benefits and discounts

  • 12 weeks paid parental leave and access to our Parents Portal

  • Comprehensive learning and development opportunities to support your career growth

  • Sonder digital wellbeing platform, providing personalised support 24/7, plus annual flu vaccinations

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
