Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Automation Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated testing, particularly using Tosca and Selenium. You will be responsible for leading the test automation efforts, mentoring team members, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Must have Strong experience on Tosca OR Selenium OR python OR playwright

Work Mode: Hybrid
Shift Time: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Automation Initiatives: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca and Selenium for various applications, ensuring robust coverage and efficient execution.
• Framework Development:
  
  • Architect and implement scalable and reusable test automation frameworks that support both web and mobile applications.
  • Integrate frameworks with CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless testing and deployment processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Automation Metrics:
  
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for automation efforts, such as test coverage, execution time, defect density, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Generate regular reports on automation progress and quality metrics to provide insights to stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Driving Project E2E:
  
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end automation testing process, from requirement analysis to test execution and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure clear understanding of requirements and quality expectations.
  • Lead the effort in test planning, execution, and defect management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers in best practices of test automation, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Test Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define test automation strategies and roadmaps aligned with project goals.
• Test Execution: Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects to the development team, ensuring timely resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing practices and tools, advocating for automation where possible.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, product management, and other teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and automation processes to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Associate in Software Testing
• Certified Software Quality Analyst
• Certified Test Engineer

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in system/software quality and testing.
