Your day to day will be busy and fast at the front counter in our showroom. You will play a vital role in driving the company’s sales growth and building strong relationship with our valued customers.

Your role:
- Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone
- Process orders via phone and email
- Support a diverse customer base in providing product support
- Attend to sales enquiries/provide technical support
- Liaise with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required
What you need:
- Good Customer service/ sales skills through proven work history
- Good verbal and written skills
- Computer literate at an intermediate level
- The ability to multitask and priorities your workloads
- Team player to support other areas when required
- Mechanical aptitude, bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous.
