An exciting opportunity to be part of the wider Perpetual Wealth Management team to join as an Associate working alongside Financial Advisers for a 12-month max term contract.

  • Provide ongoing client service and high-quality support to Financial Advisers and Partners

  • Develop your Career, working closely with a partner to help grow and mentor with real and meaningful work

  • Oversee the preparation of annual review and new business plans including implementation of advice recommendations & keep clients updated regarding progress

  • Manage workflow to deliver to client needs. Maintain an understanding of operational processes for other teams including paraplanning and operations

  • Act as the key liaison for the Financial Advisers within the team/pod

  • Monitor client accounts & team dashboards & maintain client records

  • Contribute to effective risk and compliance management through ensuring appropriate measures, controls and activities are taken to fulfill corporate and regulatory compliance

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:

  • FASEA Approved Degree or FASEA Approved Pathway

  • Experience in administration or paraplanning or related financial services experience is highly regarded

  • Experience with Xplan desirable

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Working knowledge of investments & advice strategies including, superannuation consolidation, retirement, personal insurance, structures, taxation, income streams & cash flow modelling.

  • Working knowledge of estate planning, philanthropy, aged care & debt management strategies desirable

  • Excellent time management and organizational and relationship building skills

  • PC literate (Word & Excel)
