We’re looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Sage Division, specialising in Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention. This is a unique opportunity to represent life-changing solutions that help reduce hospital-acquired infections and improve patient outcomes—while learning from the best and building a career with purpose.

This is a Victoria based role that will also cover Tasmania, with a short trip approximately every 2 months.

What you'll do
  • Own and manage your territory with autonomy, driving sales and building relationships across Victoria and Tasmania
  • Engage with Nurse-Unit Managers, infection preventionists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations, support educational sessions, and facilitate training programs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement
  • Learn and grow through structured development programs, mentorship, and hands-on experience
Who you are

Requirements

  • Passion for sales and a desire to build a long-term career in medical technology.
  • 1–2 years of experience in either sales or healthcare.
  • Natural competitive streak with a desire to achieve and win.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage and connect with people
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in health, business or a related field
