Primary Responsibilities:
  • Team Player with strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Be able to understand DevOps model (end -to-end) and contribute to automating the software development, testing, and deployment lifecycle using continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
  • Develop scalable and efficient backend services using Python and Golang; contribute to UI components using React JS and JavaScript when required
  • Implement microservices-based architectures and ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of the services
  • Build pipelines using GitHub Actions and integrate automated test frameworks
  • Develop data processing workflows using advanced Python and Pandas
  • Use Docker and Kubernetes to containerize applications and deploy them across environments
  • Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and logging frameworks
  • Leverage open-source technologies to solve engineering challenges.
  • Work with Linux systems including basic administration and debugging
  • Support building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters on-prem or on public cloud
  • Work with ServiceNow for incident, change, and request workflows.
  • Support application teams by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and proposing fixes
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • G raduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with scaling, monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting production systems
  • Hands-on experience with Python (including advanced programming concepts) and Golang development exposure
  • Experience with Docker-building images, running containers, and maintaining containerized applications
  • Development experience on Agentic AI and Multi Agent flows
  • Experience handling monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes-cluster basics, deployments, services, scaling, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with React JS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows
  • Understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions
  • Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and API communication patterns
  • Proven solid foundation in computer science concepts, data structures, and algorithms
  • Proven exposure to any public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Proven ability to write automation scripts using Shell and Python
