As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects across our HUB Energy business. This role sits at the heart of delivery, working closely with Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively and meet customer expectations.

What You’ll Do 

  • Support Project Delivery: Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects for internal and external customers. 

  • Track Scope & Progress: Help manage project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. 

  • Maintain Documentation: Keep project documentation up to date, including status reports, RAID logs, and action registers.

  • Manage Risks & Issues: Support identification, tracking, and escalation of project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Coordinate Stakeholders: Communicate progress, updates, and challenges effectively to project stakeholders. 

  • Enable Delivery Success: Assist in removing delivery blockers and supporting resource coordination. 

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving project delivery practices and team efficiency.

 

 

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, software delivery, or client-facing roles. 

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail. 

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities. 

  • Understanding of project delivery frameworks, governance, and lifecycle. 

  • Ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively. 

  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project. 

  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. 

  •  

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to energy, utilities, or regulated industries

  • Experience working with distributed/global teams

  • Knowledge of SaaS, cloud, or enterprise implementations

  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum
