  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to guide messaging and strategy
  • Help define value propositions and product positioning that clearly explain how our products help customers
  • Create marketing content like presentations, website copy, and sales tools
  • Contribute to building a clear and consistent product marketing approach for the team
  • Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to keep efforts aligned with business goals
  • Track and report on campaign performance, sharing insights to improve future efforts

Your skills, experience and beyond:

  • Experience in assisting in developing and executing creative, high-impact marketing strategies in B2B markets.
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and customer data using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, or Craft CMS
  • Experience with content creation and management using CMS platforms, such as Craft.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g, Salesforce)

  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative approach to working with teams across product, design, sales, and marketing
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to link insights to business goals.
  • Comfortable managing timelines and juggling multiple tasks or projects.

Our benefits:

  • Hybrid work arrangements to support work-life balance.
  • Access to EAP for confidential counselling.
  • Extensive learning resources to develop your skills.
  • Regular social events to promote team bonding.
  • We are recognized as an endorsed employer for women. Learn more about our benefits on WORK180.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
