  • Understand customer goals, success criteria, and operational environments to guide them toward realizing maximum value.
  • Provide ongoing strategic and technical guidance to customers, including best practices, roadmap alignment, and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with different teams at Dragos to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience for our customers.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and usage data to identify and address risks, opportunities, and adoption gaps.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and value realization sessions with customers.
  • Deliver enablement and product walk throughs to help customers expand their internal capabilities and mature their cybersecurity programs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in or with industries that contain OT systems (energy sector, oil and gas, metals and mining, manufacturing, food and beverage, etc.). Must possess familiarity with typical industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, or DCS architectures.
  • 3+ years of experience working in OT or enterprise cybersecurity, specifically in areas such as Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Security Engineering, etc.
  • Strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity, ICS/OT environments, and/or threat detection platforms.
  • Familiarity with security operations, asset visibility, threat intelligence, or vulnerability management.
  • Experience working with large, complex enterprise customers in critical infrastructure sectors (e.g., energy, manufacturing, oil & gas).
  • Understanding of SOC/SIEM workflows (Splunk, QRadar, FortiSIEM, Elastic, Sentinel) and cybersecurity concepts such as incident response, notification triage and investigation, secure remote access, and vulnerability management.
  • Understanding of relevant standards, frameworks and regulations applicable to critical infrastructure and industrial cybersecurity such as SANS 5 ICS Critical Controls, ISA 62443, AESCSF, NIST CSF, SOCI, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to articulate and present business value to various stakeholders (e.g., CISOs, OT Managers, Directors of Engineering), leveraging the technical insights identified in the customer environment.

Compensation

  • Salary: AUD 230,000 OTE

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
