Overview
• MasterCard Advisors is comprised of three synergistic business units with distinct P&Ls: Consulting Services, Information Services, and Managed Services. These business units are supported by Advanced Analytics, Advisors Promotion & Marketing, Information Technologies & Advisors Technology Integration, Data Acquisition & Business Development, Human Resources & Development, Finance, Operations, Law and a Project Management Office.
• Consulting Services is charged with combining professional problem-solving skills with deep payments expertise to address the challenges and opportunities of its clients, enhance MasterCard's strategic and tactical performance and establish MasterCard's global thought-leadership preeminence.
• Information Services is responsible for the direct monetization of MasterCard's differentiated data asset.
• Managed Services is charged with providing superior executional services and turn-key solutions by leveraging MasterCard's unique differentiated data asset and exceptional modeling and analytical capabilities on behalf of large and small clients.
Role:
The Associate Consultant, Marketing Services plays a key role in delivering high-quality marketing consulting engagements as part of the global delivery team. This role supports client engagements across consulting services, Test & Learn®, and data & analytics, contributing to the development of insights, recommendations, and client-ready outputs that drive measurable business impact.
Role Description and Major Responsibilities
- Serve as a core project team member on Marketing Services engagements, owning defined workstreams and deliverables
- Conduct rigorous, data-driven analysis to address complex client problems and marketing challenges
- Structure and logically break down client issues, identifying key insights and implications
- Translate analyses into clear, well-supported recommendations aligned to client objectives
- Develop effective, impactful, and quality-assured storylines and presentation materials
- Build strong working relationships with working-level client stakeholders and internal partners
- Collaborate closely with engagement leads and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Education, Qualifications and Experience
Education Needed: • Undergraduate degree required
Experience and Skills Needed:• Solid track record of coursework/academics • Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Languages:• English language required
