The Impact of an Associate HRBP to Coupa:
At Coupa, we recognize the strategic importance of HR Business Partners in driving organizational success through effective people strategies. As we continue to grow and expand globally, we seek an Associate HR Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the VP - HRBP APAC, the Associate HRBP will support the APAC region and partner with the HRBPs across other regions to provide consistency in how Coupa delivers HR programs, initiatives to its employees and aligns Coupa’s HR strategies to the business activities.
What You'll Do:
- Partnering with aligned HRBPs: provide regional HR support; project manage and execute talent practices and other key initiatives, including advising clients, creating client ready materials and reports, providing analytics and insights and ensuring accurate data in systems
- Provide exemplary client service by anticipating and delivering solutions for the needs of HRBPs and clients throughout HR processes
- Create reports, analyze and present relevant metrics and insights to drive decision making
- Serve as point of contact to employees in problem solving talent issues; provide generalist support and advisory services; conduct exit interviews
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and HRBPs to identify areas of opportunities in the business and, if necessary, create plans of action
- Support aligned HRBPs in day-to-day administrative tasks and projects with a focus on customer service and maintaining a positive attitude
- Other duties may be assigned.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience preferred (with an interest in expanding overall knowledge base in HR)
- Proficiency with HRIS (Dayforce, Workday, SAP or similar)
- Prior experience working in APAC region will be added advantage.
- Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to details
- Highly organized; exceptional time management skills as well as a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to collaborate work across multiple functions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in managing through multiple priorities with overlapping tasks across multiple businesses.
- Team-oriented attitude balanced with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and adheres to a high standard of professional conduct.
