We are seeking an experienced Associate ServiceNow Functional Specialist to join our Bunnings Technology team.

As a ServiceNow Associate Functional Specialist, you’ll help deliver and support tools that keep our Retail Operations running smoothly - from mobile apps to case management systems.

What’s involvedYou’ll contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day support that keeps our tech humming. Expect to:
- Support and maintain ServiceNow modules and mobile applications used across Retail Operations
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver first-level fixes that make a real impact
- Collaborate with agile teams to embed DevOps practices and continuous delivery
- Assist in building mobile app views and enhancements to the ServiceNow platform
- Represent the team in workshops and project meetings, sharing insights and ideas
- Help analyse service performance and suggest improvements
- Stay across tech trends and bring fresh thinking to the table
You’re a natural problem solver with a curious mindset and a genuine interest in how tech can help people. You thrive in a team environment, communicate clearly and are always up for a challenge.

What you’ll needTo hit the ground running, you’ll bring:
- 1–3 years’ experience in systems analysis or a similar role
- Functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM principles
- Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC and bug lifecycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, PowerShell, Angular)
- Familiarity with REST, SOAP, SFTP and API integrations
- A knack for process optimisation and a service-oriented mindset
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- ServiceNow CSA certification (current)
