A strategic supply chain advisory role responsible for delivering data‑driven supply chain analysis and consulting solutions, advising senior clients across multiple sectors, driving commercial growth, and translating supply chain strategy into actionable operational and real estate outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics: Lead end‑to‑end supply chain diagnostics, modelling, and optimization, translating data into actionable insights with clear commercial, operational, and real‑estate implications.
  • Client Advisory & Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to occupier clients, facilitating workshops, site visits, and assessments, and clearly communicating complex supply chain issues to senior stakeholders.
  • Consulting Delivery & Project Leadership: Lead workstreams or small projects, structuring problems, building and testing models, managing timelines, and ensuring high‑quality, commercially aligned deliverables.
  • Business Development & Revenue Growth: Drive growth of the SCLA practice across ANZ and APAC by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, supporting pitches, generating fee income, and deepening client relationships.
  • Real Estate & Operational Alignment: Translate supply chain strategies into real estate requirements, support site selection and business cases, collaborate with brokerage teams, and uphold safety, health, and quality standards.

About You:

  • Core Supply Chain Expertise: 5–10+ years’ experience across supply chain operations, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or network planning, with strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory flows, transport networks, and performance KPIs.
  • Consulting & Structured Problem‑Solving: Experience in consulting or advisory settings, applying hypothesis‑driven analysis, delivering strategy or operational improvement projects, and contributing to proposals, pricing, and client presentations.
  • Commercial & Communication Strength: Ability to translate complex technical analysis into clear, compelling insights; confident engaging senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops, defining project scopes, and pitching solutions.
  • Analytical & Technical Capability: Proficient in tools such as Excel and Power BI, capable of self‑sufficient initial analysis, interpreting operational data, and producing structured, client‑ready presentations; network design tools are an advantage.
  • Real Estate Awareness & Personal Attributes: Strong appreciation of the link between supply chain decisions and real estate strategy, combined with entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, curiosity, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, growth‑orientated global environment.
