General Responsibilities :
- Exercise exceptional communication skills and optimize contact with attorneys/agencies, stakeholders and external vendors/banks
- Manage complaints and escalations which may result in contacting third parties as necessary to remediate
- Owns reconciliation of money movement and mitigates financial losses
- Completes monthly quality reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and critical business standards
- Participates in special projects as needed including technology and automation enhancements
- Supports overall management of operational teams and processing of documents as needed to accommodate work volumes
- Drive process optimization by challenging designs for scalability, documenting gaps, and supporting continuous improvement.
- Uphold the review of processes to measure accuracy
- Support the modernization of the bank case management system
- Ability to handle other duties as assigned by management and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic Qualifications:
- Two (2) years college level education or equivalent work experience
- At least two (2) years experience in a call center environment or any equivalent work experience
- At least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail , good communication and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2- years of customer service or banking experience
- Experience in deposit operations , bank account servicing ,ACH , Tax Levies/ Liens , Paralegal , legal orders, payment operations, account restraints or back office financial services is preferred
- Experience in U.S. banking processes is an advantage
