Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- The role of the Pricing Associate in the first instance will be to price our products accurately, in accordance with internal strategies and to negotiated agreements with some of the world's biggest Distribution and OEM companies.
- Handle the day-to-day debit and quote workload, and act as a solid team player
- Build solid rapport and develop trusting business relationships with customers, partners and global internal functions, and be able to explain the rationale behind the pricing decisions we make to the field.
- Great communicator and confident, developing and proposing complex business solutions to Senior Management.
- Identify productivity improvement opportunities and implement appropriate changes.
- Measured to the 95th percentile of a first price being received.
- Pricing associates are responsible to take all necessary actions to meet this response time for their respective Product Responsibility codes.
- Follow up with Customer Operations, Sales, or the Customer when incomplete information is provided
- Escalate relevant cases to the Business Manager and follow up for responses when required
