About the Role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll work closely with Project Managers to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects that meet client expectations and business goals. You’ll act as a central point of communication for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.

  • Coordinating communication between project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.

  • Tracking milestones, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate project records in Procore.

  • Supporting procurement, contract management, and compliance with Cushman & Wakefield’s standards.

  • Assisting with project risk assessments, quality control, and reporting activities.

  • Contributing to stakeholder engagement and client relationship management.

About You

You are organized, proactive, and eager to learn. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results.

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

  • Previous experience supporting or coordinating projects within property, construction, or development environments.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and ideally exposure to project tools like Procore or Power BI.
