Job responsibilities
- Learn to trade Equity and derivatives across Asia Pacific markets
- Engage with local and International based Portfolio Managers to advise on execution strategies
- Keep abreast of market trends, news and economic data.
- Interact with other departments such as Trading quant and technology to innovate and refine our trading models
- Develop deep market knowledge and be part of trading committees / invited to even speak at trading forums.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently, perform under pressure.
- Team player, driven, willingness to help others and enthusiasm to learn new things
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Fluency in Mandarin preferred
- Quant/programming skills are a plus
